Working draft — subject to legal review

Nature of service

Aurum is a matchmaking and introduction platform for adults 18+ seeking serious, long-term relationships. Aurum may assist with application intake, profile review, member curation, screening, compatibility work, profile sharing, introduction coordination, and related support.

No access purchase

Membership fees are paid to Aurum for matchmaking support. Membership fees do not purchase access to any person, member, introduction, meeting, date, relationship, communication, or outcome.

Member participation

Member participation is voluntary and consent-based. Members may choose whether to create a profile, submit information, approve profile sharing, be considered for introductions, or accept any proposed introduction.

No member compensation

Aurum does not compensate members for dates, meetings, relationships, communication, introductions, or personal interaction. Aurum does not offer or facilitate companionship services, compensated dating, sugar dating, travel-for-dating, or companionship for payment.

No guaranteed outcomes

Aurum does not guarantee any match, introduction, meeting, response, relationship, marriage, travel, relocation, financial support, sponsorship, compatibility, or specific outcome.

Mutual consent

Any introduction depends on review, availability, appropriateness, and mutual interest. Aurum may decline, pause, or cancel any introduction at its discretion.

18+ requirement

All users and members must be 18 or older.

Prohibited use

Users may not use Aurum to seek or offer sexual services, escorting, sugar dating, compensated dating, travel-for-dating, transactional relationships, marriage brokerage for foreign brides, visa sponsorship arrangements, financial support arrangements, harassment, exploitation, fraud, or illegal activity.

Membership fees

Paid memberships are recurring services unless otherwise stated. Active matchmaking participation may require a minimum commitment period. Fees are for Aurum's services and are not contingent on any match, meeting, or outcome.

Right to refuse service

Aurum may refuse service, reject profiles, pause memberships, remove users, or decline introductions if it believes doing so protects respect, safety, trust, quality, or compliance.

Privacy and confidentiality

All parties agree to protect the privacy of every person they encounter through Aurum. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services. Aurum is not liable for the conduct of any member or third party.
