Terms of Service

Placeholder — subject to legal review

Nature of services

Aurum provides private search, advisory, screening, and introduction services. We are not a dating app, escort service, immigration broker, or guarantor of any relationship outcome.

No guarantee of outcome

Aurum does not guarantee a relationship, engagement, marriage, immigration status, or any specific number of introductions. Our work is a process and an advisory service, not a guaranteed result.

Eligibility

Members and clients must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter relationships, and willing to participate in good faith with our consent-based process.

Application and acceptance

Submission of an application does not create a service relationship. Acceptance is at Aurum's sole discretion and may be declined without explanation.

Fees and payment terms

Where fees apply, they are set out in a separate engagement letter. Fees may be paid in installments and are subject to the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation and refund terms

Cancellation, pause, and refund terms vary by mandate and jurisdiction and are set out in the engagement letter.

User conduct

Members and clients agree to behave respectfully, honestly, and within Aurum's Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension or removal.

Privacy and confidentiality

All parties agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of every person they encounter through Aurum.

Consent-based introductions

All introductions require mutual consent. Either party may decline any potential introduction at any time.

Termination

Aurum may terminate or suspend any engagement for cause, including breach of these Terms, Code of Conduct, or safety concerns.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum's liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services. Aurum is not liable for the conduct of any client, candidate, or third party.

Dispute resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion, then mediation or arbitration as specified in the engagement letter.

Governing law

Governing law and venue are set out in the engagement letter (placeholder — subject to legal review).

Legal review notice

These Terms are a placeholder and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting clients or candidates.
