Approved applicants complete identity verification, consent forms, conduct expectations, and relevant screening steps.

Step 04

For private clients, we create a detailed search brief covering values, lifestyle, family goals, timing, geography, preferences, and non-negotiables.

Step 05

We search within our private referral network, candidate circle, trusted partners, and invitation-led channels.

Step 06

No introduction is automatic. Both parties must approve before any personal details are shared.

Step 07

After an introduction, we collect feedback respectfully and guide next steps if both parties are interested.

Step 08

The search continues until the term is complete, paused, or a meaningful connection develops.
